Coherent Path (movable ink)
Coherent Path (acquired by Movable Ink) is the email marketing application that top retailers, such as Banana Republic, Bloomingdale's, and L.L. Bean, use to transform their email marketing program. The company's machine learning solution empowers retailers in creating an optimized email diet that caters to each customer's evolving tastes and moods, while reducing email fatigue.
Each email campaign can be complex, with multiple requirements across different platforms. For example, one of our clients creates the structure of a campaign in a SharePoint Excel file, whereas their tracking requirements for the campaign are stored on Basecamp. It's a complex process, and the poor UX of our application increases the risk of a user making an error. A company's reputation can be damaged if there are errors in an email campaign, which could erode customer engagement with emails and hinder sales.
How might we help our users manage their large volume of campaigns and reduce the risk of making errors when configuring them?
